The firm has acted as counsel for a syndicate of international financiers in the financing of the construction and acquisition of Tanker vessels and advised in the privatisation of the largest shipbuilding, off-shore structure fabrication and ship repair yard in Nigeria.
Our physical locations give easy access to the ports, enable us attend to emergencies and obtain first-hand information on the location of vessels. The group has varied experience in matters ranging from traditional “blue water” shipping, personal injury, cargo, longshore and towage operations to “brown water” oil and gas activities involving the exploration, development, pollution and environmental litigation, production and transportation of oil and gas.
