Mr. Olawale is a member of the Firm’s Civil and Commercial Law department. He routinely provides legal advice to clients on complex issues arising from their commercial disputes and is noted for his finesse in preparing court processes for clients in various superior courts in the country.
Mr. Olawale was part of the team that represented a major power company in proceedings against a State Government in Nigeria. He often secures the arrest of vessels on behalf of international shipping companies in respect of disputes between the vessel owners and the international shipping companies and or other entities.
