Adeniran is an outcome-driven and analytical lawyer with a strong interest in corporate law, capital markets, alternative dispute resolution, energy law and regulatory advisory.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Lagos and subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School, where he earned his B.L and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and continues to deepen his expertise in transactional law, arbitration, and corporate governance.
Adeniran has developed practical experience in legal research, drafting, and advisory work, including structuring complex agreements and facilitating negotiations between parties with competing commercial interests. He has a particular interest in capital markets transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution mechanisms under Nigerian and international frameworks.
